Black holes neatron stars.?
Ok i have a theory which is most likely flawed as i haven't read into it much, but...
Neutron stars have an extreme gravitational pull, people always wonder what lies within the event horizon of a black hole.
Is it possible that all a black hole is, is a Massive neutron star which's gravitational pull is so much it pulls the light in creating the appearance of a black hole? and only expelling matter through its poles just like a solar flare?

No. Neutron stars will only be found with masses up to about 3 solar masses because they are only held stable against gravity due to neutron degeneracy pressure which is a result of Pauli exclusion wherein no two neutrons may share the same quantum state, which more tangibly speaking, means that they cannot be "closer" than their respective wavelengths under "normal" conditions, conditions which are breakable by increased mass (above ~3 solar masses). The phenomenon is very similar to electron degeneracy wherein matter will not "squeeze" any tighter, until the pressure is great enough to favour the collapse of the electrons into the nucleus (which results in neutrons, hence neutron stars). Above ~3 solar masses, the pressure due to gravity does not favour the structure of the neutron itself, which degrades into another form of matter (postulated as quark matter forming a quark star) but afaik, no observations have been made so it's all speculative, but very tentatively plausible, as a stage between neutron stars and black holes.
